Here I am.
Check out my goods. I used a vanilla pudding recipe from How to Cook Everything. It is good. I used part of my 8 dollar vanilla bean. I didn't love the chocolate topping. Anna's looks like it turned out a little thicker. What should we make next? Did we already decide? This is fun. Martha helped me fill them and she did the artistic arranging for the picture.

Gwen your breads and eclairs look awesome. I Thickened my chocolate sauce with a little powdered sugar.
The arm in the challah picture looks super tasty. I could gnaw on that!
I tried two chocolate recipes. The one I like best was a ganache and it was made with bittersweet chocolate, cream, and corn syrup. It set up very nicely. The one in the picture is just hot fudge, but with the ganache I acturally piped zig zags on the top. They were pretty. I took those to Enrichment.
