Yummy Gallette-I should have made two, my family liked it a lot more than I anticipated. They have not been appreciative of my previous projects. But the good news is I am getting a new mixer to replace the one that broke on the wheat bread. It better be able to handle it!

I read a good article on www.meridianmagzine.com today. "An interview with Daryl Hoole" She was the homemaking expert in my day. She and her daughters have come out with a new book and it sounds good. At the end of the article she had 3 suggestions of things you can do to give you a kick start. She will have a monthly article on-line. I will check out the book when I see it and see if it would be valuable. Everyone's tasty treats look tasty. We are having the Ballentine's for lunch tomorrow. They leave for their mission in about a week, I believe. Dad is going to make beef stew. Mmmm!
